An advance payment 50% of the total rental fee must be made when booking.
Mandatory end of stay householf : 70€
A deposit of 600€ for Holiday accommodation is required in addition to the cash balance. This deposit is refunded within 15 days, less any damages or cost of the refurbishment of the premises.
